Outstanding gym with an excellent facility and top notch equipment. Stumbled on this location while looking for a place to workout while I was out of town for the day and found a gem. Owner was extremely involved with the clientele and very enthusiastic. Everything was spotless and the equipment is great and brand new. Plenty of squat racks, high end plates, along with machines. Gym was busy but not crowded and had a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and wish I lived closer to attend regularly.

I’m not much one for working out because of my own insecurities but Max Effort makes me feel comfortable, welcomed and safe. The community feel is unreal. There are so many options at an affordable price for all fitness levels. The staff is friendly and personable! I’m so proud of all the hard work, drive and passion that went into making this place available for the community to use as their very own! Great Job team!!

I am so happy that Caledonia has this amazing gym! We don't need to drive to any of those box gyms to get the best equipment and trainers! If you are looking for a Great Local gym and supporting local you need to look no further!

Max Effort Performance has a very welcoming atmosphere. I was impressed with staff, equipment and the cleanliness of the facility. I'd highly recommend this gym to friends and family.

Amazing staff and owner. The equipment is very nice. The community and environment there is very positive and welcoming.
