The Yoga Zen is a wonderful place to practice. There is a great variety of classes and the instructors are top notch. There are many classes to choose from each day and virtual options as well. I've been practicing yoga at Yoga Zen for over a year and highly recommend it!
Awesome variety of instructors and teaching styles. There is literally a class for every Yogi, young or old, experienced or newby. Option for in studio classes as well as virtual. I have transitioned from loving yoga to needing yoga because of the joy that this practice brings. Thanks Catherine and team!!!

Friendly, non competitive, supportive and inclusive studio perfect for all types of students and any level of experience or ability. Nice class variety and times available. This studio inspires me to keep yoga a healthy priority.
I have just finished the first 30 days and signed up for the rest of the year. Seriously amazing classes and instructors. I leave feeling peace and can see a change in my body already. Love it!
