Nice storage units at affordable prices. And, professional staff to assist you! I had used storage sense in the past and was happy with the service. I found myself having to use the facility once again and was able to reserve a unit online. This was very helpful and convenient. I also received a welcome message from the staff. Once I did not need the storage unit, I was able to cancel without any problems. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a decent place to store their belongings at a reasonable price, and get great customer service.

Super fast and friendly service. Great promo price and the unit was nice and clean and easy to access.
The rental, and return process were both very quick and easy. The unit was clean, dry, and climate controlled as promised. Though, I do have one complaint. The entrance to the inside unit that I was renting, had a very high bottom doorframe, and where the asphalt met the concrete stoop was uneven. This made transporting items to and from the unit using the supplied carts very difficult. If you didn't have someone helping to hold the items, or weren't able to wrap yourself around your items, they would bounce off the cart going over these bumps. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!
I had an amazing experience this morning! Heather was fantastic and helped me get squared away with a unit in no time at all! I would 100% recommend coming here for any storage or U-haul needs you might have!
