Formerly Simmons Ford, DeNooyer has started doing some much needed renovations. They recently started a new addition to the service department which will be very convenient when finished. They're just all around nice and friendly people.

Brought my 2019 F-350 in for service 3/23/21 and a tire rotation.nJeffery was my service Writer. After getting my truck home I crawlednunderneath to check out my labeled tires to see if they were rotatednproperly. Saddened to see they failed to rotate them. I called and left a message with Jeffery. He returned my call the following morning and was upset to hear that. Apologizing several times.nAsked me to bring the vehicle back and they would make it right. Wellnby then I had rotated them with help of my son in law. Jeffery offered mena free oil change on my next service date, which I accepted.nI will give them another try as I believe in second chances. Maybe thenTech failed to read the invoice correctly.

Extremely pleased with my first time buying experience at DeNooyer Ford. My sales person was not pushy, but instead knowledgeable and proud of the Ford Product. I did not have a great experience prior to coming to DeNooyer Ford so I was pleasantly surprised. I would buy from DeNooyer Ford again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new Ford car/truck.
