I started coming to Purely Pilates after I visited an open house and found the staff and clients to be exceptionally open and friendly. They worked with me, a complete novice, and have never been anything less than completely supportive and encouraging. Class sizes are small by design, and private sessions are available, too.nnI’d suffered from back and neck pain for years. It hurt to sit, walk, read, watch a movie. Now my core is much stronger, I have increased flexibility, and I’m almost entirely pain free. You should absolutely give them a try. They might just change your life.
I've gone to Purely Pilates for almost 6 years. It's a great establishment with excellent instructors.
