Cozy and warm studio located in the heart of downtown Jackson. ❤ufe0f A great place to get your zen on.
I really like Samadhi Yoga! Each month they give 2 free classes to the community. This is a great way to try yoga here, or receive a nice little perk from a great place. Since becoming aware, I have taken advantage of all opportunities. They also have a great class rate for new students, at $25 punch card for 5 classes. I like the variety and the yoga has been very restorative and spiritual. Highly recommend checking them out.
I have gotten very relaxing and restorative experiences here at Samadhi. The free yoga class once a month is a nice and generous bonus. Take advantage to try it out, or just enjoy something for free!
Shauna is an incredible teacher, for those who are seasoned or those just starting out!
