This is the most amazing storage facility I've ever had the privilege of using! Great value, high security! Cameras everywhere!
My sister was moved to Galesburg from Virginia by a professional moving company (Allied). She rented a space and got insurance here. Now she is trying to move but movers have discovered bedbugs in the storage! She obviously didn't have them before because Allied would not have moved her. Upon contacting the owner, he became belligerent, said he had already cancelled the insurance on her unit and now is telling her he wants her out immediately. 1st, no moving company will move her because of bedbugs. 2ndly, she paid for the entire month of August so why would he cancel her insurance without her permission or knowledge. 3rdly, now he is refusing to speak to her unless she text him. Stay far-far away from this place!!!!!!!
