Large park divided into two different sections, one is grassy and the other is gravel. The city has an alternating schedule during warmer months but only the gravel side is open during winter. Mostly responsible dog owners I've encountered here. Good supply of poop bags and garbage cans and people are pretty good about cleaning after their dogs.

Our pup loves the Sandy Dog park! It's super nice because the humans can use a walking path around the inside of the park while the dogs play and most people who go are regulars so its nice to see familiar faces. Most people who come here are also pretty good about removing their dog when they get aggressive, which is better than what I have seen at other nearby parks such as Tanner Park and the one off of 700 e downtown.

Nice dog park close to my home. Sadly there is no area for small dogs and this park is over run with large scary uncontrolled large dogs. Me and my chihuahuas will have to go elsewhere as I was nearly knocked over trying to get my dogs away from the large dogs. Maybe fence a small portion off for small dogs. Might be a solution.

We bring our dogs here as we live close. It's a nice dog park. Not much shade, but ok for non-hot days. Would recommend your bring your own poop bags as they tend to run out here.

The dog park is small, but dogs don't know. My dog had the time of his life. This is my first dog park I have been to, so I have nothing to compare it with. I didn't realize you take the dog owners on as new friends, so that was kind of a nice surprise.
