Paths are marked and long. Next to a farm, sometimes you will see them ride their horses out there. It’s nice to go for walks just be careful for snakes, also a lot of TICKS! If you take the first path to the right and all the way down you’ll find a little meditation hut.
Beautiful preserve for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, birdwatching. Trails are well maintained and fairly well marked. No admission fee, but donations are encouraged.
Nice trails for my puppy and walking for me.

We are avid backpackers and have been on many many trails. This park is a great place to experience nature in our backyard! One minute you can be in a pine forest then a minute later your in a prairie like atmosphere!
