DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! My boyfriend got a car here, when we came home we looked over the paper work again, and they wrote THE WRONG VIN NUMBER. When I called and asked them about it, they said they will have to take care of it on Monday “we bought it on Saturday” and he said “oh that happens often” we came out of town to buy the car! If I would have had to go back I would have been pissed! THATS NOT THE END OF IT! We didn’t even drive the car for more then 3 hours and It broke down! IT BROKE DOWN AND WE HAD TO GET IT TOWED! In less then 3 hours. We did sign a contract saying sold as is. But when Brian sold it to us, he said it was a very reliable car and that everything was checked and nothing was wrong with it! Then when we called Brian, the guy who sold it to us, he wouldn’t answer his phone. So we had to contact Gill. In which we explained that the car didn’t run for more than 3 hours, we spent all of our money on what we thought was a good car, and we have two kids, and can’t afford a tow or to get it looked at. He basically said your loss. Not his problem and to contact Brian. So here we are. Having to spend over $1000 dollars to fix a $4000 car. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT. If I could rate it NO STARS I WOULD.

GIL is a soft spoken giant we hope that his business catches up. We bought our first vehicle together as a married couple. With six kids between us we needed space, and with family in Indiana we needed gas mileage. We were staying in Kalamazoo at the time looked on the internet and found Imagine. The 2002 Ford Escape was a perfect fit. The vehicle had almost 200,00 miles however was in excellent shape.Turns out the other side of Gil owning his own shop not just a lot is the quick repairs he was able to help us make the vehicle like new again. Very reasonably priced vehicle very reasonably priced repairs. Glad to be on the road again with piece of mind.

Just called Imagine Motors and the Guy answered the phone like he was in his living room and seemed confused. Kinda rude when I asked if they do tires etc.
