We currently live in Portage, Mi. just outside Kalamazoo and we were looking for a vehicle with low mileage and price ,we finally noticed a beautiful Rose Emerald Terrain ,that was displayed at the Dealership with low mileage ,and all the features, that we were looking for well we sure are blessed that we went to Jim Winter, they were very professional and knowledgeable on this particular vehicle we actually had to visit them twice ,which was an hour there and an hour back twice ,it was well worth it. We could not be more satisfied with the service, and dealership. Especially Dan in the used car department, you must see him! He was so awesome with us ,as well as the purchase. Had an appointment to get my vehicle looked at on a certain day and it sat in the back lot for 5 days before they looked at it. What was the point of an appointment?! Had to take it upon myself call and complain to get a car to drive in the meantime. They had no intention of offering my one otherwise. I was then told it would be thousands of dollars. I declined the work and went to pick it up. I bought my vehicle brand new threw the Buick dealership and have always had all my work done there but now feel like they are crooks and just try rip you off. I have had experience with Auto Doctor with previous vehicles so I called them and got a quote for half the cost. They do good, honest work and was pleased with them in the past. I will be giving my business to them from now on. The dealership has a 1 star rating and I now know why!!!

Lauren Putman was the nicest and best Car Sale lady I have ever met. She was very patient with my picky choices and found me the perfect car.
I got very friendly service from the time I walked into the Body Shop at Jim Winters unless I picked up my car all repaired a week and half later. The service was top notch and the finished product excellent. They are the best in Jackson.
