The collision center exceeded my expectations for personal service. And as for the quality of he work my car is like new.nnI also use the Quick Lube services regularly. I believe they treat me like family and they treat my vehicles like their own.nnThank you for the continued great service!

UPDATE January 2021: we just bought our second car from Wade and still had an amazing experience! Whether it is sales or the service department, we have never had anything but a 5 star experience here. Would recommend above any other dealership! And of course would recommend Wade to everyone!nnMay 2020: Wade was super helpful even with social distancing. We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted. He made the experience super awesome and really simple. We would definitely recommend buying a car from Wade or anyone at Seymour Ford!

Rob in the body shop was very helpful through the estimate process after we hit a deer with our Fusion Turns out the vehicle was a total loss, but he walked us through it. We were then fortunate enough to meet Greg in Sales and found a very similar/suitable replacement vehicle right there on the lot. Greg was great in working with us until our settlement came through and made the delivery quick and painless.

I just want to thank Seymour Ford and their staff in the body shop. I sold cars for almost 30 years and I have never been so pleased with a body shop like the one at Seymour Ford. The entire staff was friendly and courteous from the moment I walked into the shop. When I dropped off my Fusion on a Monday, I was told that it would probably be done the following week. The car also needed a few Factory recalls to be done in service as well. Every single day I was updated on its progress and the Fusion was fixed before the weekend of that first week. When I arrived to pick it up, I found my Fusion had been washed and detailed inside and out. Now that's First Class Service right there. I will be returning in a week with my daughter's Focus as it needs a dent repaired on the hood and it has a few Factory recalls as well. I am looking forward to another great experience.

Great Service. I have always had great service from Seymour Ford. They are quick and efficient. They were able to repair my car the first time and staff was very accommodating to my needs and getting my car back to me in a timely fashion.
