Great service, reasonable no nonsense price, delivered my SUV out of state for me and it was in immaculate condition when I got it inspected. Don't be dissuaded by any wait time on a title, it's somewhat unavoidable due to covid right now because of how slow the state is operating. They will get it to you before your temporary registration runs out unlike a company like Carvana.
Highly recommended! Perhaps the best used-car buying experience I've ever had. Worked with both Don and Ira who are friendly, down-to-earth people who know their stuff and helped me out with great advice and recommendations. It was such a great experience buying a vehicle from Jackson Auto. Our salesman Ted was very professional and helpful. Donnie was so accommodating with our car purchase. We had some body work done on the car we purchased and because the body shop had it longer than expected- Donnie waived our small portion we had agreed to pay toward the work.
