Love my local Starbucks. They make my drinks right every time, and they always taste wonderful. They're willing to go above and beyond, and I really appreciate that. They're always friendly and kind, and don't ever seem to mind when I ask them a million questions or have to edit a drink for taste or dietary reasons. I love it here, and I always come back. I do wish the prices were lower, but that's not something that this location can really do anything about.
Clean, quick, and good.
People here are never friendly and always extremely slow- especially if you order inside. Parking is always horrible here-even before they went to carry out only. Last time, I ordered my usual- a Pink Drink, and I drank it all before discovering that the strawberries floating in my drink were covered in mold! I had just drunk the whole thing. Who knows how many other times I drank a Pink Drink without noticing the mold from this location. Even though it's the only legit Starbucks in Jackson, I'll just stick to getting Starbucks whenever I leave town from a different location. Disgusting.
Tried the new pistachio frappicino and I loved it. The person in the drive through was so friendly they instantly put a smile on my face.
Went through with my boyfriend this morning for a couple lattes and breakfast sandwiches. I wish I would’ve caught the name of the girl working the window. The most respectful drive through worker I have ever met!
