Julie and i are 3 times a day customers .so sad to see Helen left . Good coffee most of the staff is very friendly .nStill love this place ..however if the owners are going to keep the lobby closed they need to move the drive thru order microphone back a few vehicles to speed things up ..more orders could be processed rather than just the one or two cars ahead of you ...the wait line is often out in the street now ..i havent got that kind of time

Often out of basic things like donuts, cups, steak. I've left and gone to Biggby many times. They need to get someone in there who knows how to do inventory and order thungs before they run out.
It would be nice to have cold brew available everyday between 6 & 8 a.m. They use to have it available all the time but now I go and they only have it available some days. It's a little embarrassing to have to pull out of the drive thru and go to Bigby coffee.
