Love their ice cream!... Edit* My family and I only stopped in for the ice cream, never stayed in the campground. But now they quadrupled the (ice cream) price, so we won't be going back

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are the biggest rip off, money hungry, out to pad their own pockets place I've come across ever! They tried and succeeded to rip us off in multiple ways. We made a special trip to check this campground out to be seasonal campers we spoke with the owner multiple times in person and over the phone about seasonal camping there. We agreed on a specific site from a list they gave us of available sites. Talked about pro rating the price since the season was half over, Patti told us she would call us w the price once she had a chance to figure it out. We called twice to touch base and ask if she had a chance to figure out our price and got the run around. The day we moved our camper in she was busy and charged my husband an odd price (under what the rate should have been) but gave us our seasonal car passes and her husband helped us move our camper on to the site. Welcoming us in as new seasonals the whole time. A month later when my husband went to pay the rest of our seasonal rate Patti the owner tried to tell us we weren't seasonal campers we were just monthly campers and tried to charge us $150 less than the whole years seasonal rate for 2.5 months of camping (August, Sept, Oct till the 15th). When my husband tried to remind her of all our conversations she just kept saying I don't remember that. She didn't try to offer any other price or even want to discuss it, the price was $850 for the remaining 1.5 months left in the season on top of the $650 we already paid for 1 month or nothing. Then she was shocked when we pulled our camper out a week later. She also charged us $65 for electricity for the month of August we were only there 4 days and the only thing running in our camper was the refrigerator. We gladly paid it to be done w being ripped off by them. Stay far away from this place!!

The camp ground was clean and the bathrooms were clean also staff was nice and friendly bought wood they deliver it to your site. When you first arrive they drive you down to your site to show you where it’s at. The ice cream was good!

This was our 2nd time camping here and we enjoyed both times very much!! Its clean, staff is friendly, relaxing all around good time!! Bigfoot even came for a visit!!ud83dude02ud83dude02
