Excellent service and sales. We do all our mechanic work through them!!nWas better when Kyle was there- took out car there when he no longer worked there- then the same error on our dash showed again after we forked out 300 dollars there!! Tom said he didn't even know if there work was even waranteed!! We were long time customers of State line/ Lindwalls VERY disappointed!!- rectified oil change but did NOT admit to faulty error code. This place has really gone downhill. Husband fixed it himself.
Why don't they call you? I call for a quote, they take the info and say they'll call you back. Call never comes for days, I call back and they say yes we have your quote. I drop a different car off for a quote, they do the same thing. Days go by past the day they say they'll call, I have to call and they say the quote is ready. The SAME thing happens when work is eventually performed! I have to call every time to hear progress no matter how many days I wait or how patient I am. What's going on in this place? The car or quote is ready for many hours or days and you just don't call back. Maybe hire a person just for this job.
Walked in and had to find someone to help.nUsed cars are not bank loan Worthy ie 10 year 120k mile rule. Office had black mold and was leaking. Idk just wasn't appezing that I had to look for someone to help me spend 10k...I will be going to other location to give them another chance tomorrow but not impressed
Karen was amazing! I saw a car I liked online, visited the lot, and she was very helpful from start to finish. Quick response times, fair deals, excellent customer service, and we got a great used car for my daughter. Would buy from Stateline again and again! When others told me they got a good deal there, these folks were not kidding!!
Not a very good experience for a number of reasons.nnMade an appointment to have a vehicle checked out and repaired. Took way to long to have it diagnosed and fixed. Even though I got back to them promptly when they finally had some information for me. Then they didn't get back to me when the vehicle was done. So, ended up taking until the next day before was finally able to get it back. And when went to pick it up, vehicle wasn't even locked up out in the parking lot. Not very secure.
