Contacted them in regards to my father in law, Terry D., about his deceased wife’s divorce decree from the early 90’s that this firm was a part of. They didn’t respond to Terry when he contacted them twice. I followed up and spoke with Sara who was helpful and had me email her a copy of the decree. Gave it about three business days and followed up. Sara verified receipt of the decree and said it was given to a lawyer when I’d sent it several days back. Now over three weeks have passed and no word back. Terry worked in Iona for nearly 20 years as a State Trooper and knew Larry McKaig and Dan Balice and we can’t even get a simple phone call returned about a four page document. Except for my interaction with Sara subpar customer service across the board.
