All facilities are clean and easily accessible! If you have questions or concerns they are handled in a timely manner! I highly recommend there service! They have been long time members of the community!
The unit I rented was impeccably clean and dry for the six months I used it, and the overall facility was very clean and safe. I never met either of the Gows, but did have several interactions with them - every one was excellent. I would rent from the Gows again without hesitation, and I do recommend these units to anyone I know who is in the market. Great company!
Connie was very helpful getting us a unit rented even though we were out of state at the time. Unit was clean, easily accessible and the facility in Hillsdale was convenient for my college student. Relinquishing the unit was easy and my deposit returned within 2 days by mail. We will rent again!
