Very very friendly, honest and easy to reach!! Units were clean and monitored very well. Easy access any time of day or night. Area is safe and well lit. Very fair pricing. These people are wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend!!
A month ago I had an emergency need for storage, and called Somerset Self Storage. This agency has a great reputation in our community. The owner answered the phone, and explained the whole process to a newbie. They agreed to drop what they were doing, and meet me so I could obtain the unit. From the time I called, to the time I had keys in hand was approximately 20 minutes. The facility is extremely clean, highly secure, and easy to access. Mrs. and Mrs. are some of the most compassionate people I've ever met!!! They understood my need, and did everything in their power to accommodate my urgent needs. I will continue to be an exclusive customer to them, and highly recommend them to others!!! :)
Great friendly people to work with. We have never had any issues and we’ve had several units here for several years. I had a key issue once and they worked around my schedule to meet me there to replace it. I highly recommend Somerset Self Storage. They are always there checking on things and keeping it very well maintained.
