Grate for kids, Fishing and just walking around to see beautiful views
Nice place. But nod dog friendly. We were segregated to a small fraction of the park that we were told was the unofficial dog area. But basically no dogs or any other animals period. Other than that it's ok. But mans best friend likes parks also. And tax dollars go to a park that you can not use if you have dogs. In my experience people who have dogs are the majority at the parks more often. Anyone that doesn't want animals probably cares more about the the looks for political reasons ud83dudc4eud83dudd95
Grew up here and moved out of Hillsdale and didn't realize that very few people grew up in a place with her Park like this and the beach. I like going out here on a regular basis.
One if several parks along Lake Bawbeese. Good to have your own private swim area with pic nice tables near by. During covid bring your own chairs there seems to be limited public seating. I love the big old oak ,hickory,and maple that shade this area . water is shallow here.
