I took my daughters comforter in to get some stains out because I didn’t have anything with with me and I had no time to go it out . She told me it would not be dry cleaned but iut just spot treated and then put into the washer and dryer. They would not be dry cleaning it today third. They did not have a price at the time for me. So I left. If you days went by and I was unable to pick up my comforter because I was busy at work and they closed before I was able to get there so they called and left a message. The message read that my comforter was ready and I needed to come and get that “thing”. So I called back to see how much it was and she told me it would be $20 and that my dad will be in to pick up that thing later and I would no longer be doing business with her ever again. I had the worst experience at the laundromat when I was there. They were not friendly they didn’t keep the place clean and sanitized, and they were willing to help with anything like the previous owners were. I truly feel that if a new small business owner is going to go into business they need to do a lot of research and studying before they do what they do because customer service is number one and if they don’t have that down they will never succeed. I don’t wish upon them that they lose a lot of customers but if they are not people for the job then they need to get out of it right away because all they’re going to do is fail. Don’t recommend anyone go ther for awhile till they get more business training.

This laundromat is always clean and organized. The owners are present, courteous, helpful, and always busy maintaining. The machines are working properly and I am grateful that they take a debit card, when my quarters are running out. Thank you so much for the pride you show, in the work you do!
