Great service
This place has nice clothes and jackets but they never have anything in my size. So for that 3 stars.
Terrible customer service they never smile or greet you and when your ready to check out they take forever to come check you out.. and the refund policy is a rip off...I don't shop in Jimmy jazz but decided to shop because they were the only store in the mall that had my sons size....I came back the next day.. I wanted to exchange for a different style that came out to be cheaper than what I spent the day before. Money was due to me but they wouldn't give me cash they forced store credit on me and like I stated before I don't even shop here so I'm stuck with a 47 dollar store credit ...
