It's well kept and organized the staff is super nice and helpful with my return they do have a limit of 12 in the store so you may have to wait for someone to leave before going in

I always get great service and I always find more outfits than I actually need...lol
Horrible service! Wasn't greeted when I walked in although there were three employees standing there by the registers! They have no type of organization there they have three different styles of shirts stacked behind each other so you have to dig through them then when you ask if they have another size they quickly tell you know rather than going in the back to check. I got attitude from an employee when I asked to try on a few tops because it was close to closing time. I had my son with me and an that works there loudly said I hate kids as I'm standing there with my son so my blood was boiling and I was about to throw my s*** on the floor and walk out! Needless to say I didn't purchase anything because they couldn't have my size in stock or if they did no one was willing to check the service was just horrible and I definitely will not return
Sierra that works at Torrid is amazing! Shes so helpful and really pays attention to you. I always have a good experience when I'm there.
