Me and my husband were looking for an upgrade for a small SUV to fit our new daughter coming soon. Lindsey helped us at first and was so attentive and nice. She wasn't pushy at all and seemed to really be interested in what we were looking for. She then reached out (after we walked away that day) and gave us what we wanted after talking to her manager. She then was not able to help when we went back due to being off and we were helped by Billy, who again was amazing and attentive. Both very personable and kind people!nnOnly reason I'm giving it a 4 is because the finance guy, who was also nice, didn't say anything about gap insurance when selling us the warranty so we didn't know about it until signing the paperwork. But still, great hospitality by everyone we came into contact with.

I was in on a Friday to get a car and ended up not taking it home until Saturday morning. During the day I realized that I needed something just a little different and called the dealership. My sales rep was gone foe the day but Nick, the Used Car Sales manager stepped in and did a phenomenal job getting me into the perfect vehicle. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and foe going above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend you go see them.

Amazing Customer Service.nnWe Purchased a Santa Fe from here and has a wonderful experience overall. There were some issues with the app and Sirius being put under the wrong name and a scruff from the cargo cover being installed. One email and it was all taken care of! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we really are!

Called about a car on a Monday, let them know I wouldn't be able to come by until that Thursday to look at it.nConfirmed that Thursday morning that I was still coming by and they told me they'd see me later.nGot there, was told I was set to meet with Jeff. He had no idea who I was or what car I was talking about, came back a couple minutes later and let me know the car had been sold.nThey called me 2 weeks later to ask if I was still interested in coming by.nI understand that they can't hold a car and wait on a maybe, but would've appreciated being informed it was gone so that my and my Stepdads time was not wasted. Very unimpressed with the customer service I received.
