Was never at one
5 stars for the staff. They were really nice. I spilled my coffee 15 minutes after sitting down and they came out with a replacement not 5 minutes later. I wasnt even going to ask!

Outstanding friendly staff
I've never had food at Biggby before, and it's also the first time I ever had a specialty coffee.nnThe wait was fairly significant - about 6-7 minutes, with one car in front of me. Not bad, but not as quick as some other locations.nnI got a vanilla/honey/cinnamon latte and a sausage/egg/cheese bagel.nnThe latte was delicious! Priced a little higher than I remember, but probably competitive these days.nnThe sandwich was very good, but I just don't really like the flavor of the sausage.nnService was good!nnAlmost 5 stars. Definitely worth trying again!
