A little bit on the pricier side, but, it's well worth the price. They have a security gate around the perimeter of their storage units. You input a code and the gate opens. They're strict on policies when you decide to no longer rent with them, meaning, the unit has to be extremely clean, or, they will charge you.nnThe only issue I had with them was getting a hold of someone. The majority of the time you call, nobody will answer. Leave a voicemail and they'll call you back.
Vickie is wonderful. When originally trying to get my rental set up, I was having signal issues with my phone. She remained polite throughout the whole time. Then, when the movers were moving my stuff into the storage unit and it became apparent that the space just wasn’t big enough, I called Vickie and she dropped what she was doing to see where she might have an additional unit for me. She was able to give me one near my first unit. Within 5-10 minutes, her assistant was there with the key and even made sure I had different colored key rings to be able to tell the keys apart easier.
Great lady’s so helpful and flexible with my schedule helping me after business hours.
I had a storage unit in clio for 5 years and never had a problem with the unit or the management company. Very nice, clean, secure facility. Manager Vicki was so friendly and easy to work with . I would recommend Storage One to anyone who needs a storage unit in the Clio area.
I would not rent a storage from here again. No honesty here. Liars
