Took the car in the afternoon a day early & it was done that day instead of the next day when the appointment was so we picked it up then ... Great work ...
Good service, fast and friendly. Only.reason it isn't a 10 is they didnt ask if I wanted conventional or synthetic oil when they changed it. I understand you don't ask on older vehicles- 2010 - or older. There are however people who use synthetic in those vehicles. In my case I forgot to specify so I'll take the hit on this one. Other than that, the service was great.
Bought a 2015 equinox here, as soon as the warranty was up the check engine light came on and they wouldn’t do anything about it. This car has been in the shop every other week since, nothing but problems. If you want a reliable vehicle do not buy it here you will regret it. Wish someone would have warned me.
Had an amazing experience per usual, with the purchase of my new vehicle. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. They treat you like family. My salesman Aaron Adams is amazing!
All staff I dealt with were very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Services were done very quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I have taken my current and previous vehicle to the Clio location almost exclusively and have had very positive experiences.
