Amazing service. The place was busy, but it wasn't an issue for us. Very friendly service. Even lowered the original price!! Definitely 10/10 recommend. They will not disappoint. My name is Humberto (Bert) I normally don’t write reviews; But I felt that I needed to write one, and here is why. We were looking for a car and what we were finding was not the best. I went to Clio Auto Mall and Wholesale I drove 4 vehicles they were all in good shape, I had a problem which one to get! I liked them all!. I picked the Ford Edge and I got approved,, but I had financial issues and I need additional paperwork work. Jim told me that he would hold the car for me for 30 days. But I went back after 2 months later. The vehicle was still there, amazing, but Andy had to do the paperwork again. I still need more papers, that took another month. Finally with Jim’s help I got it. The 2011 Edge was looking awesome. Jim and Andy told me that the vehicle was in top shape, I drove it for 30 days with no problems. Today I took it to the Ford Dealer for an oil change because I am planning to take a trip, and I want to see what the dealer would say about the Edge. Two hours later the Service man came out and said your car is ready, I asked did you check the vehicle to see if anything is wrong;; he told me yes, we did, that is why it took us a little longer checked everything, and found nothing wrong with your vehicle at all it is in top shape... Wow what a relief, what a feeling in buying a used vehicle that when they tell you that you do not have to worry you don’t.. We are very great full for your honesty right from the beginning.nWhat a pleasure it was purchasing a vehicle from you.
