Took my truck for recall work. The Service Dept. said it would be finished that day. They had my truck for over a week. They never kept in touch with me to let me know when I would receive my vehicle or what was happening. I had to call them, they were hard to get a hold of and full of different excuses. I was supposed to be offered a vehicle for use if the work would take over 3 hrs. That never happened. I later learned this was in Chrysler's recall paperwork. I wouldn't take my bicycle to them to have it repaired. Very, very poor service. Stay away !!!

Charlie in the service department provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. My Jeep was repaired correctly and quickly.
