I drove over an hour for an oil change, and I plan to do so for my next service. Being greeted when I drove in, to the full extent of the service, was all exceptional. The local hands on ownership at Edwards shows. The level of customer service is far above my local dealership.
The dealer fixed the problem. My only problem was that it took 24 hours to fix. This was a known problem from 2 previous visits. The problem with the fan was intermittent and during the first visit couldn’t find the problem. Second time brought in they were short service mechanics because of COVID - understandable. During this visit they gave me a tip to determine if it was the fan - which proved to be true . So when I made this appointment I mentioned it was the fan. Appointment was made but they didn’t have the part available hence the 24 wait. They did gave me a coupon for a car wash, which I had trouble redeeming, however they made good on that, which I’m grateful for. I will go back if I need future service.
Appreciated the opportunity doing business with the towing of my vehicle. Excellent customer service on all levels.
I was in on a recall and was pleasantly surprised. I was told the reprogramming would take 30 minutes and they had me back on the road in 15 minutes! Everything works great! Great service experience!
Every thing went smoothly and on time. Personnel were friendly and helpful.
