First, I've been a Walgreens customer for many years. I have always preferred it and have always had great experiences with the pharmacy and other employees. When my insurance changed and I had to change to Kroger, I sorely missed Walgreens. When my insurance changed again, I was very happy to go back to Walgreens. Unfortunately, my opinions have changed drastically in the past few months.nnThis last experience was the straw that broke the camel's back and is why I am writing this review. I stopped in after work yesterday around 6 pm to check the status of a prescription that was supposed to be called in by my doctor's office earlier that day. They flat out told me there were no prescriptions for me - not that it hadn't been filled yet, but that there were no precriptions at all for me to even be filled. I have made several calls this morning (my doctor's office included - to try to sort out what happened in an equal and fair manner) and my very last call answered all of my questions. The pharmacist on staff told me they received my prescription at 3 pm yesterday. After months of sticking with them out of loyalty I have officially decided I am changing pharmacies.

Giving this place 3 stars. One employee was completely rude, younger man with longer hair, 1 star. Other employees were great, 5 stars. The rude employee just stood there and walked back and forth in the same spot until a few customers were in line that needed to pay for their items. While he was scanning customers items he acted like he didn't care and was rude, thankfully another employee was able to scan my items in the other checkout lane.

I love Walgreens, the Pharmacy is the best. I do however miss the ladies who used to help us in the photo department, they were so helpful and friendly. You now have a young man who makes us feel rather stupid. I know young people are super smart when it comes to computers but us old folks need a little tender care.nThanks,nNancy Moeggenberg

Walgreens has a true all-star working at this location! We hadnt been into this location yet so I called about flu shots right before closing time and Mackenzie patiently answered all my questions and said they could take us in that evening. We got there within a few minutes and Mackenzie did our flu shots and was all smiles and was small talking the entire visit. Its so nice to go into a store and be treated with such kindness. My son and I both left the store smiling and talking about what a great personality that guys had, it was contagious. Definitely a fantastic first impression of this new store.
