Friendly staff and super easy to order what I needed.
Pizza is good as always, but the staff is appallingly rude. I went to pick up my order tonight around 6:30pm. Nowhere in my confirmation email did it say I would need a PIN number to get my pizza.nnI went to the store to get my food and did not bring my phone, being I live close to the store. The guy working the counter was very condescending in the fact that I didn’t have my phone, and he would need to “hand me” my pizza that I paid for.nnI find this very strange being no one in the store was even wearing a MASK, and they already had to touch my food to put it in this pick up machine.nnThe guy very rudely told me that he would hand me my food, but stated “next time how about you bring your phone, huh?” In a very rude way. I understand times are tough due to the pandemic, but this type of behavior to a customer is unacceptable when everything could just be EXPLAINED in an appropriate manner. I would have been more than understanding if the rules were explained the way they should have been in the first place. Not sure I want to come back to this location.
