Greg Goodman is absolutely the BEST! We went in with what we wanted to test drive and he got keys and a plate and off we went. From start to finish he was extremely helpful and very laid back. They took care of the dent that was in the back of the car the same day. While that was being taken care of paperwork got filled out and then he told us if we wanted to grab something to eat and come back in roughly an hour it would be ready. When we got back we waited a few minutes and out the car came. When we buy whatever car is next we will definitely be going back to Sawyer's and definitely back to see Greg! Absolutely wonderful experience and we love our 2019 Chevy Equinox.

Excellent service from Tyler and the whole crew!nnUPDATE: Purchasing our new-to-us van turned out to be anything but a routine, ordinary purchase. Nevertheless, Tyler and Sawyer's Chevrolet bent over backwards to make sure we left satisfied and pleased with our purchase. Amazing effort, even after the sale was completed! I bought a used 2019 Chevy Blazer from here and had a great experience. The car was in great condition and they were very reasonable with the price. Tyler in particular was amazing! He answered all of my questions and was quick to respond via email and by phone! 10/10

One of the best car buying experiences I've had! A few days ago we stopped into a rival Chevy dealership on the South side of Lansing. After 20-25 minutes of roaming the lot and receiving ZERO service, my Husband and I left without any information. The next day (Friday) we stopped at Sawyers and were warmly greeted by Jeff. He answered all our questions and was highly knowledgeable about the 2021 Traverses. Today (Saturday) we drove my new Traverse out of the lot and home!! Thank you Jeff Johnson for everything! You have earned my family's business for years to come.

I had a great experience with Dan in the service department at Sawyers Chevrolet. I took in my 2019 blazer for a repair and some general maintenance. I was able to get right in while other dealerships were asking me to wait 3 to 4 weeks for service. I will definitely be using their service department in the future and I'll try out their sales department in a year and a half when my lease is up. Thanks Dan and Sawyers!
