Very nice people. Good coffee fast.
I visited BIGGBY at the Meijer in Dewitt, Michigan around 10:45 am. I was helped by Sabrina and she was very friendly and professional. Awesome customer service. She is an asset to BIGGBY. Thank you Sabrina.
Horrible experience!!!! First off, they didn't open on time. Second, I asked for a particular sized coffee and they gave me a size I didnt want and then argued with me about how wrong I was. They also didnt offer a refund for the difference in the size after I asked them to make the correct size I initially asked for and I had to ask for one. Lastly, they just dont plain listen to the customer when they request customization to their order. The lack of customer service was disappointing and not once did they apologize for the error on their part.
