Have had a unit here for a few years and have not had issues until recently. No one is ever in the office to take a payment over the phone or take cash. My unit got locked because I could not connect with anyone and could not pay until it nearly got auctioned off. I am moving to another facility where I can actually make payments online or in person and have staff on hand to help when needed.
Economy Storage is the best storage facility I’ve ever been to!! Very clean, great pricing, best in town!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My car was broken into while here and stripped like a junkyard.
Wouldn't have even given them a star if I didn't have to for this review! Staff is very friendly however the unit I have and the ones around mine including behind mine have a rodent problem and the owner was aware but never notified any of us. Now all I have is a unit full of damaged goods
Very accommodating. Had to switch unites a couple of times, because of size.
