I can't currently work out due to doctor's advisement, but I bought a membership for my daughter and she loves it there. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. The facility is clean and well maintained. She loves to spend time there. DL has also special ordered supplements for me and had them there in 48 hours at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them and I hope to be there working out myself this year.
Great gym atmosphere, very clean with plenty of cardio equipment as well as free weights and machines, PLUS tanning AND a basketball court!
Staff and Equipment are top-notch.
Professional trainers, Clean place. Great place for work out.
