This place is awesome! The staff is always friendly and greets you when you arrive. The place is usually semi full, so if your looking to take a jog on a treadmill, there will always be a spot for you! The swimming pools are great, yet kids always vomit but thats the kids fault not YMCAs. This is a great gym to be in!

Rude staff. They're busy on their cell phones. I'm very disappointed in the customer service as the YMCA locations in Louisville and other areas are great.nnEdit: I was charged for February even though I filled out a form in person to cancel.nnEdit 2: After having to call back four days in a row, I was treated extremely rude by a member of the staff over the phone. The lady literally yelled at me... for something that wasn't even my fault. I'd like to note that I was being kind so there was no need for the highly disrespectful and unwarranted attitude.

I was visiting from the Seattle area and got the week temporary membership (only $2 more than a day pass for the week). Nicest swimming pool I've been in for a long time. No crowds, and play area is well segregated from lap swims. Zumba and Boot camp classes were amazingly fun and effective. Body Pump would have been enhanced by using the newer Les Mills equipment (benches, weights, bars, and clips) but may be a budget issue. Instructors were awesome anyway :)

I would not reccomend this gym. The facilities are enjoyable but It is of my opinion that they are concerned first about money. I requested to cancel by the date I was told I needed to in order to avoid being charged at the next billing cycle and was even given confirmation. However, they charged my card anyway and in speaking with someone to get it resolved I was told I would need to be given a call back. Two days later they had not yet gotten back to me so I emailed asking if they would oblige, yet I still had not heard back. I did call and they informed me that they would refund only one month as the date was incorrect and they were not willing to refund the other although they have tied my funds up due to their mistake for 2 weeks now. When asked when the money would be returned to my account they indicated it would take two weeks. They were insinciere in their apology and the staff along the way was unhelpful aside from one person.
