Walgreens

Just returned from returning a hair coloring. The cashier that refunded was not the problem, the other daytime cashier refuses to understand the still never allow. Their job is not to make people understand, i am not misunderstood but have things that dont. I finished St. Joe twp. and Walgreens alongtime ago. She even went to the great lengths of telling me good riddance as I left the store. The cashiers job maybe to listen to whats going on and if they understand then may tell it is not a job requirement. Endangering customers lives by yelling the misunderstood at their customers I hope it is not what walgreens stand for. I have even had a training license for pharmacy. Sad to me that I may have to shop elsewhere but have never been so rudely treated in my life. She really needs a reprimand.

Son needed refill of ADHD meds early due to change of meds that were not a high enough dosage. Because it was early, doc called in script for five pills. So, when son called to check on prescription he was told it was being filled and would be ready ASAP. Five hours later we called and were told the prescription wouldn't be filled because they needed to speak with the doc to get his authorization. Instead of just calling the doc, the prescription wasn't filled. Worthless. Terrible customer service. Reactive vs. proactive. Can't wait to get prescription and never return. So angry and disappointed after two days of dealing with this situation. Run!

45 mins on the phone waiting, transferring, re-calling trying to talk to a Manager or Photo Associate, still no answer. Everyone I talk to says they will find someone, then I get put on hold and then hung up on.

I would not get your prescription from this pharmacy. They're the slowest understaffed pharmacy in the area. They told me my prescription would take 10 minutes it's been an hour and a half. I've been standing in line with my two and a half year old for an hour and a half. If anybody has kids, you know how much fun that is.

If you develop film here they will destroy the negatives and digitize your photos. This makes no sense because I now only have access to the photos digitally so what’s the point of film in the first place? They will take up to 2 weeks to develop and my favorite part is after they destroy the negatives they’ll charge you $20. I paid them twenty dollars to destroy my negatives. On top of that the people that work the photo department know nothing about photos. I had 2 orders, the first was ready so I went to pick it up, when I noticed the missing negatives I called to ask where they were, she said she would call me back. I wait an hour and she calls back, not to tell me about the negatives but that my order is ready. So assuming it was my 2nd order I drove all the way back to Walgreens where they had trouble finding the order. When they “found” it, they immediately started printing them. What do you know she just printed a second copy of my first order. When I explain this to her she said “oh your next order won’t be until next week.” The same lady I purchased the pictures from called to tell me that same order was ready... so not only is their processing time extremely slow but the employees are incompetent and can’t keep their orders straight. It makes me sad because Walgreens use to be the perfect neighborhood spot to develop photos but now that they ship the film out to a different company, and replaced competent photo lab workers with minimum wage employees, their service has gone down hill. I would highly recommend getting your photos developed anywhere else.
