Every time I shop here, I am always impressed with everything about this store, especially the staff. The people that work here really enjoy it and are very kind and helpful to the customers. I'm thankful that we still have this store in Benton Harbor, it's my favorite T.J. Maxx to shop at. I really hope to see more stores open here.

Large variety of name brand women's and juniors clothing at decent prices. Also affordable and trendy home goods and decor. The mens clothing section is pathetic. My opinion is to do away with it altogether instead of wasting space for the select few items they do offer for men. The beauty dept has designer brand makeup and skin care. If you happen to stop in during their beauty care clearance, you'll find nice brands at nice prices.

I bought a children’s Christmas toy at the very end of February that the price tag was not on and the cashier made a new price tag and charged me full price. Later that evening came to find out the toy does not work. On March I was able to find time to bring the toy back, I did not have my receipt hoping they could pull the records up since they made the price tag or scan my card that I used with buying the item. As I waited all I could hear is the rest of the employees making fun of the item that it was a Christmas special they had, didn’t really appreciate that so I ignored it and the cashier came back to me said it was only work a fraction of what I paid for. I asked if they could use my card or look up since I just bought the toy not to long ago he said he couldn’t do that and he was not going to deal with this and brought his manger over. The manager was very unhelpful and was not even wanting to do anything about it. I’m very disappointed on how this was treated and I will not return to this poorly run and unprofessional store!

The store is clean and well organized. The staff do a great job with keeping the shelves tidy and items are easy to find. Bathrooms and facilities are clean and sanitary, and I was promptly checked out and didn't have a long wait in line.
