I took my vehicle to Michael's Auto Group and it was a complete waste of money. I asked them to look at the Neutral Safety Switch because I knew that was the problem, but my receipt showed no labor expenses in them checking it. They replaced two things in my vehicle and one was already recently replaced, so they did easy work that gave them an easy profit off of me. The exact problem that I took my vihicle in for happened not even 1 hour after I got it back.

Honest, knowledgeable and helpful! There's only one official foreign car shop in town and it's closed all weekend, so when my 06 Audi A4 gave me a weird code on a Saturday, I was told Kevin at Michael's Shop was my only hope. The manager was honest and straight-forward and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely bring my car back there with confidence that I could trust these guys to do good, honest work.

I have taken my vehicles there an Mike has been honest an helpful. His repairs have been great. I will always tell people to go there for repairs .
