I had a fantastic experience at Signature Dealer Group! I am high risk on paper and they went above and beyond to help me get a great deal and to keep myself and my children from having to walk! Not one time did I ever feel pressured from Marcus Muhammad or the finance manager Teresa! I was allowed to ask as many questions as I needed so I could feel comfortable with purchasing my first car. Definitely recommend!!!! Definitely forsee myself coming back in the future! ud83dude01

I had called yesterday to make an appointment to see a car. I told the guy I was buying a car for my father.i live in Chicago and was going to be in Michigan and my appointment was for this morning. I had been looking a long time and this was the car. My dad’s favorite color is red. My dad is 83 and this was “the car.” My dad literally was in the hospital For 3 days and just got out yesterday and he was so excited to get this car. I get woken up at 7am to be told the car was sold yesterday. I was so upset. I was planning on buying this car. I told the guy, could you have at least called me yesterday? I would have driven out there right away. They sold it under my nose when I had the appointment. The guy said they don’t take deposits. That’s fine but they should have at least allowed me the chance to get out there and buy it. I was planning on buying in cash, too. Number 2 problem was I asked why didn’t you call me yesterday about the car being sold. Instead I got woken up at 7am on my vacation. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Treat others as you want to be treated. Tell me yesterday when I had the appointment of your rules and I would’ve came out immediately. That’s bad karma and unethical. My dad will be heart broken. This is a poor way of doing business.

My wife and I had the absolute best experience when we purchased our Palisade! Randy and Spencer and the whole team treated us like we were celebrities!
