I have bought a couple of cars from Ron. He has always been open and honest, kind and professional. Hes also willing to work with you when possible....

Great guy not some dirty car sales.men trys to help the walking person get a ride cant want much for a.couple.grand or less.ride

I am not sure what the problem is but, I had a positive experience with Ron years ago when I rented a truck and he called me and even met me at the gas station with the truck I had returned so that I could fill it up to avoid paying the fuel charge. That really impressed me and I’ll never forget that. Fast forward 4 years to today and my 20 yr old son is looking for a used car to commute to college and work. I tell him about my experience with Ron and recommend he buy a car from him. Basically, Ron seemed annoyed that y son kept calling him to get info on 2 cars, didn’t take the time to have the cars ready for him to test drive even though we both called and told him we were coming to check them out.i told my son that if it were me based on how he talked to my son and how he showed extremely poor customer service by not having the cars ready, and rushing everything even though we got there at 430(we tried going the day before and Ron said he couldn’t, yet he wanted us to accommodate to his schedule) I would not buy a car from Ron. I’m sure Ron won’t care as it’s obvious that one lost sale means nothing to him. If you care about customer service whether you’re buying a $2400 car or $24k car Big Rons may not be your best option if you have to ask lots questions before dropping a couple thousand $$$. I’d like to give Ron the benefit of the doubt but the way he treated my son, especially with this being his first vehicle purchase is unacceptable. You lost a sale and future ones since we will need a car or two in the near future. You may not care but people read reviews and I hope the next time someone calls you 3,4 or 7 times as you told him, you remember that every customer matters and the way you treat them can make a difference the next time they are looking to make a purchase.
