Bought a truck and we asked why it would shift hard. They said it was fine. Come to find out that the turbo veins were sticking. I call them twice. Finally talked to the manager and he said he would look into it. Never heard back from them. He we very rude to me. Never buy anything from them again.
Bought a truck from Mitch Nelson today. Had a great experience and walked away very satisfied. He was very accommodating and was good at his job. The truck only had one key and they made sure to get a second one made without me even asking. Was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Enjoyed speaking with the used car manager. Very laid back and light environment. Absolutely zero pressure sale! I will be returning when my wife needs her next car!
