Rods went over and beyond there scope of work. We had a generac installed on a concrete pad . Stand by. They are experts and it truly shows. They always showed up. And they always called when they were on the way. Could not ask for better Service!nThanks Rods you installed our last generac. We have a contract to have our generator serviced annually have called three times been told very shortly it has been over a month or so nobody has been here yet should I keep waiting.

Very helpful with questions about generators but so busy couldn't even come out check out our home to give us a evaluation as to the cost

Just called because my generator needs service. Woman answering the phone was totally rude and in a big hurry to hang up. Wouldn’t and won’t recommend to anyone. ✌ud83cudffc
