Usually great. Last time the lobsters were served cold and clam dinner was warm at best. We aren't complainers, but you asked. Server was nice but totally unsympathetic. Haven't been back. We'll try again, cautiously. Second review is sadly lower. It’s permanently off our list...

Hidden Gem!! Excellent food, service, portions &pricing. Phenomenal perfectly cooked seafood. Ordered the seafood platter, twice baked potato, cup of lobster stew, steamers and husband had Fried Haddock dinner. Everything was excellent, it was our 1st time here and it's worth the drive and wait for a table because they are busy = All around excellent experience!! Haven't tried their non fried or other dishes next time will try their prime rib surf and turf. Our waitress Christina was excellent!

The hostess was cheerful and friendly. Our waitress was right on with our order and was friendly as well. The food was hot, delicious, and plentiful. I always look forward to going to Bay Haven for seafood. Never a disappointment!!!

Excellent food and service!!!nI had the NY strip steak it was cooked and seasoned perfectly!nMy husband had the fisherman's platter which was also cooked perfectly and the amount you get for the price is huge!nThe poutine was good too!nThis place was a great choice for our anniversary!nI also feel bad because I just realized we didn't give our waitress the proper tip she deserved
