We were a couple minutes late and were still able to get right in. The manager was very helpful in explaining how everything works and what we need to do. My daughter loved it! This was her first lesson and the teacher, Miss Lindsay, was great! Very attentive to the kids, plus the class sizes are small which makes it a lot more interactive with each child.
We will definitely be going back for more lessons.
Unsatisfied w/ this Swim School. Our first class the instructor was screaming @ the kids and made one of them cry. Was super aggressive. The manager was awkward and stood creepishly by us. They werent very friendly.
Second swim session showed up & no one was there
Called them and they said it was cancelled and they called everyone. Which i didnt get a call otherwise i wouldn't have been there. I had asked why they didn't email/text and they said they did.
Requested full refund and wouldnt recommend anyone go here for swim lessons. Goldfish is much better (just a little further away - but worth it).
My kid wanted to learn how to swim better and this place has been great. The class sizes are small and very focused, so she gets lots of attention and help.
Although I have generally been happy with the swim lessons at the Sandy Location I was recently outraged when my son's swim instructor Holly hit him with a swim board! She claimed that she got hurt as the board hit her on the chin as it popped up from his legs. That was clearly something that he did not have control over and was completely unintentional. The way she lashed out at him with rage was absolutely out of order. I do not think that anyone with such little control over their emotions should be allowed to teach children in any environment. I have changed my child's instructor but I am expecting to see some action against this instructor whom I'm told has been warned before about her methods.
