This is absolutely the most ridiculous place to try and order anything. 3 different times (I have receipts/screenshots of my orders) I ordered online the 4th time and they said that they didn't do online ordering without the phone present the order was placed on, albeit how I did it 3 times before is beyond me because my phone wasn't there then lol. I'll consider it a lesson learned because they've never got an order complete in all the times we've been there yet. If I'm not mistaken, isn't this the same restaurant an employee urinated in the sweet tea* allegedly?

The manager Chris that is there has no right to talk to employees the way he does in drive thru. Hopefully the owner of the franchise sees this and likes his or her place of business to be a hostile free work environment. If he is bold enough to do it in drive thru I can only imagine how he is the other times. Little old man syndrome to say the least.

If you like to gamble this is your place. You'll over pay for poor quality food and cold frys. I've tried eating here several times since moving to whitesburg and everytime wish I just drove a few more miles down the road to Wendy's. And when I ask for a toddler toy I want a durn toddler toy. My baby is real disappointed when we can't let her play with her happy meal toy.
