Unfortunately, the Lobster House hasn't been open for a few years now. The owners live in Florida, and clearly don't care about it. The building's been falling into.disrepair, and that's a sad thing to see. We (Phippsburg residents) wish they would sell it. The place could be a gold mine, and would be great for our community, summer renters, and campers. [especially since Spinney's is permanently closed, and Anna's is dirty and awful. Great location, decent prices. Scallops and fried shrimp are pretty good.
