Easy sign-up, fast, clear communication and instructions. They stay in touch and utilize phone, email and text to assure you recieve messages. I felt my items were safe and secure!
The online interface for booking a storage, was so unbelievably simple. Their layout on the webpage describes what storage units are available, if there’s a wait list, and what unit costs are. Unlike any other storage that I had viewed, they offered a discount on a first months rent, they prorated it from today that I rented, to the first when they bill. 15 minutes of booking my unit, a friendly staff member from the storage unit contacted Me to make sure that I was going to be OK and be settled, if I had received my emails giving me my access code, and asked me if I had any questions. Never before have I had a unit do such a thing, it really made me feel comfortable, and that my well-being and concerns matter to them. I highly highly recommend Bomarc storage for anyone who wants a great storage unit and great service!
I rented a 5 x 10 unit online. It was super easy! I had a phone call in the middle of signing up so accidently signed up for 2. Linda immediately called me to ask if i meant to get 2 and took it right off my card. The unit itself was easy to get to and very clean. I'm extremely happy with Bomarc Self Storage and the friendly staff.

Great clean, dry units. We used three different storage units around Bangor and Bomarc is by far the best. They are slightly more expensive than the others, but trust me they are worth it. Also very responsive to emails and helpful. Thank you.
